At Soulful Roots, each order is handcrafted with care. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
 
1. Processing Time
 
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 
During busy seasons or for large/custom orders, processing may take longer. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.
 
 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
 
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
 
We currently ship within Canada, with select international shipping options available upon request.
 
Delivery times vary by carrier, but most Canadian orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
 
 
3. Tracking & Confirmation
 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
 
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
 
 
4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
 
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
 
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist, but refunds/replacements cannot be guaranteed.
 
 
5. Damaged Orders
 
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and may provide a replacement or store credit.
 
 
6. Local Pickup (Optional)
 
If you would like to arrange local pickup (Delhi/Norfolk County, Ontario), please contact us directly before placing your order.
