Refund & Returns Policy

At Soulful Roots, every product is handcrafted with care. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

 

1. Handmade Products (Wax Melts, Candles, Skincare & Natural Goods)

 

All sales are final due to the personal and handmade nature of our products.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, scent preference, or natural variations in handmade items.

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or store credit.

 

 

2. Online & In-Person Services

 

No refunds are available for completed sessions.

 

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Missed or last-minute cancellations are considered non-refundable.

 

 

3. Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

 

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for lost packages confirmed as delivered.

 

 

4. Allergies & Product Use

 

Ingredients are listed to the best of our knowledge. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before use.

 

We are not liable for reactions due to allergies, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions (e.g., keeping products away from children, pets, or flammable items).
